Working Principle Of PSA Nitrogen Gas Generator
Nitrogen Generators Are Designed To Produce High Purity Nitrogen By Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) Technology.
The Pre-treated Air Is Passes Into A Vessel Filled With Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS) Where The Oxygen Is Adsorbed Preferentially In The CMS Pores, So That Nitrogen Comes Out As A Product Gas.
In This Process One Vessel Is In Process And Simultaneously Second Goes In Regeneration. Adsorption And Desorption Take Place Alternately At Equal Time Intervals. This Means That The Continuous Generation Of Nitrogen Can Be Achieved And Can Be Stored In To Nitrogen Reservoir.
